Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Patty
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, and spices.
- Mix well and shape into round patties (about the size of your burger buns).
- Heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Step 2: Toast the Buns
- Slice the burger buns in half.
