- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Oil - 2–3 tbsp

Instructions:
Prepare the roti:
- Chop the godhamba roti or flatbreads into small square pieces and set aside.
Cook the eggs:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large wok or skillet.
- Add the beaten eggs, scramble them, and set aside.
